How long does it take for an order to ship?

After, you place an order, it will take approximately 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship.

**Due to high demand and traffic on our site for the Argan Cosmetic Oil and Argan Face and Body Creams, please allow longer lead times for your order to process and ship.

Is it possible to find products that have been discontinued or were only available for a limited time?

Of course, It is important our Ingredient Labels comply with Regulatory regulations and guidelines in the different countries. As we update packaging,  for global regions, you may notice some small changes to the label. These updates do not impact product formulas in anyway, the changes apply to packaging only, strictly to meet necessary labelling requirements.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer stranded Shipping with Royal Mail and Hermes Parcel company in the UK. All you need is to create an account before purchasing and get your MoroccanLegacyUK order shipped!

-Standard Products typically arrives in 3-5 business days.

Processing Time

– Orders placed by noon Monday through Friday will start processing the same day.

– Processing usually takes 1 business day. i.e A business day Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

– Orders placed on weekends and holidays will dispatch the following business day.

Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases can get shipped.

Shipping to Military Addresses

All shipments to Military addresses are sent via Royal Mail Priority Services. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 2 Weeks.

Can I add to or edit my order?

Just like our cancellation policy above.  it is not possible to edit an order after it has been placed. Because we are working as quickly as possible to process, pack and ship your order. International Shipping and Taxes

Moroccan Legacy UK is only responsible for shipping goods from the UK. Once the products arrives to the destination  the customer will be contacted by DHL or the local carrier for custom clearance if the relevant destination zone require any charges to be paid in addition to your purchase. 

Custom clearance in your arrival zone is not a responsibility of Moroccan Legacy UK as we are not a freight forwarding company. Please contact your local carrier or freight forwarding company prior to your purchase if you are doubtful about your region or zone of shipping. 

As international shipping may be time consuming and during any conflicts related to taxes in your zones, We do not offer any refunds on the orders in this sitution.

When will i receive my order?

In fact, We process orders within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. for instance, orders placed on weekends or holidays gets ready on the next business day. Similarly, orders with Second Day and Overnight Shipping the same day,  for instance,  if order received by noon EST (except weekends and holidays) dependent on product availability and credit card authorisation.

Can I cancel my order?

At Moroccan Legacy UK , we work hard to process and ship out our orders at exceptional speed.  in fact , due to this, we are unable to cancel any orders after they are placed.However, we will be happy to assist you with the return process once you receive your package. I received my order but something was missing, will I be receiving at a later date?

What is the status of my return? & When can I expect to see my return refunded?

Once Moroccan Legacy UK gets the Returns. The Department, typically within 10 business days of receipt, your credit applied to the original method of payment within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 billing cycles for your credit adjustment to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider.
